During that time, I experienced significant sales pressure, repeated sales tactics, and multiple attempts to add financial products and charges that I believed were inappropriate or incorrect. I was interested in learning more about the INFINITI SUV options. Nate did a great job listening to what I was looking for and pointing me in the direction of the QX60 and QX65. He also assuaged my concerns about the transmission by explaining how Nissan/INFINITI has improved their transmission from a few years ago (I owned a Nissan Pathfinder whose transmission went bad far too early). He was very pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable.
