My G37 broke down on Broad St in Nashua and Stephan S, who happened to be a Service Technician at INFINITI of Nashua, was driving by and stopped and asked if he can help. He determined that it was not a simple fix and it would have to be towed. He even helped with the name and number of the tow company who they typically use. Fate has it, and the following day Stephan S happened to be the technical assigned to work on my car and remediated the issue. The Service Advisor Victor Pena explained everything and was wonderful to deal with.
excellent customer service all around, sales team and financing especially. they were more than able to accomodate my needs. car felt a bit strange on the initial test drive. The team made sure the problem was fixed before I left. James Donovan was incredibably knowledgable about every car on the lot and went through every single button in the car to make sure I familiarized myslef.
