I was interested in learning more about the INFINITI SUV options. Nate did a great job listening to what I was looking for and pointing me in the direction of the QX60 and QX65. He also assuaged my concerns about the transmission by explaining how Nissan/INFINITI has improved their transmission from a few years ago (I owned a Nissan Pathfinder whose transmission went bad far too early). He was very pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable.

Ray was amazing!! He was so welcoming and kind, and made the entire process of buying my car so much easier. He was respectful and honest throughout my visit, and made sure he was talking to me with 100% transparency the whole time. He even gave me extra info on where I can get a spare key made and the price differences between my options for it. Everything went so much smoother than I thought it could — even going through all of the paperwork around financing/warranties only took 5 minutes.

I enjoy bringing my car here for service. Staff is really nice and helpful but Dennis is the guy to go see. I loved that infinit sends you a video of the things that ned to be repaired. As a woman this feature is gold because you can see how serious the issue is. My favorite part is getting my car washed! This is my second INFINITI and I always bring it to Nashua. They're great

I went in to have the window lever repired, cost in the hundreds.. Inhibit did review that came up. With several suggestions in the thousand dollar range. Unfortunately for me the cost of the service exceeded the current value of car. A poor decision.
